All spaces through out the workplace feel part of the same experience but each will have it’s own unique desired purpose.
Dear Mel,
SHAPE just completed the fitout and refurbishment of Levels 7 & 8 / 65 Berry St North Sydney, approx. 2,200 square meters of space.
The entire process of this development designed by Mel and his team was seamless, the documentation was extremely clear and accurate including all schedules which hi lighted descriptions and photos of every selected product.
This project had many changes along the way due to client and budget restraints. Mel executed these changes immediately often in a 24 Hour turn around, so the overall program was not compromised, and you were contactable at all times even after hours which was credit to your working ethic. His attention to detail and having the ability to come up with on the spot ideas and cost effective alternatives to suite the client business was on par with the best we have seen, which is really saying something as we have been in this industry for over 30 years and have had numerous dealings with the best Architects this country has to offer.
The end result was a dynamic, state of the art and cost-effective project which suited the client in every aspect.
SHAPE would have no hesitation in recommending Mel to any prospective client or builder moving forward, and we hope to continue this relationship in the future with him.
